Keith Morton is a Principal at Council Vision who leads Council Vision’s business consulting practice, helping our clients extend and implement the strategic feedback arising from their customer, partner and product interactions.  In this capacity, he works with C-level client leaders to define pragmatic and effective action plans across the entire strategy lifecycle from assessment and recommendation through to execution, organizational change management and program governance.

Keith joins Council Vision from an international career in management and strategy consulting spanning more than 25 years.  At his last role, as Global Head of Business Consulting at Coforge, he grew the headcount and revenue of the consulting practice five-fold over 24-months.  Prior to his work at Coforge, he held various executive roles at Virtusa, culminating as their Global Head of Business Consulting.

Keith holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, a BA in Economics from Union College and a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka.  He has deep interests in management, mentoring, executive facilitation and leadership development, and has extensive experience in commercial settings outside the United States.

Keith speaks English and Japanese and lives in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.
